Chicago Mobile Notary is a notary service that comes to you. We do not have an office you can come into we travel to you to a location and time covenant to you such as your home, office, hospital, nursing home or a public location such as a coffee shop. We come to you - leave the traveling to us.  

We have been in business since 2001 and pride ourselves on leading the mobile notary industry. We provide notary services to individuals and document signing services to Lenders, Title Companies, Escrow Companies, Signing Agencies, Attorneys, Senior Living facilities and Hospitals. As a member of the National Notary Association and as Certified Signing Agents by the NNA, we offer real estate and loan document notarization and conduct real estate closings on behalf of Title Companies, attorneys and lenders. We also handle foreign documents for authentication verification and apostille. We are  insured for liability (1,000,000)  bonded (35,000) and background checked to ensure your safety, and we guarantee our services. Please note we are not attorneys and do not offer any legal advice. We are happy to refer you to one of our attorney partners if you need an attorney.

• Have a government-issued ID with a photo such as a Drivers License, State Identification Card, or Passport.  We do not accept digital ID or copies of ID.
• The document you need is notarized is already created and ready to be signed; we do not create documents for you. We do not give legal advice.
• You must sign the paper you need notarized in front of the notary.
• Be mentally sound, we can not notarize documents for mentally impaired people.
• If your document requires witnesses, a non-related witness must be present with government-issued photo identification. Sometimes, we can provide a witness. Please ask! Please note independent witnesses do charge a witness fee.

Chicago Mobile Notary serves most of Chicago and neighboring suburban towns. Please call us to check if we cover your area.  We do not travel to South Chicago  or Western Chicago. 

We are so happy to selected Chicago Mobile Notary to assist you with  your document needs. At your appointment, you must have your ID ready so we can varfy who you are. You must have your ID in hand photocopies or a picture of you ID are not acceptable. You must also have your documents printed out ready to be signed. If any witnesses are needed you must also have them present and they must also have their ID. 

We understand things happen you might need to change or cancel your appointment. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
