​Identification Requirements: To comply with Illinois law, all signers must be physically present, mentally sound and provide a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

​Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the signer appears confused, coerced, or if the identification provided does not meet state requirements.

Fees:  A travel fee is charged for mobile services we do not charge for notarization unless it is specifically stated on your invoice.  Our fees are primarily for time and travel associated with mobile notary services  This fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed due to signer issues (e.g., lack of ID or improper documentation).  Depending on the appointment type we may require prepayment. Otherwise payment is due at the time of services. We take all forms of payment.

​Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.   Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
